By accessing and using CareerHaki's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

CareerHaki provides career coaching, mentoring, and professional development services including:

• One-on-one career coaching sessions
• Group mentoring programs
• Career assessment tools and resources
• Resume and interview preparation
• Professional networking opportunities
• Salary negotiation guidance
• GrowthHaki hackathons and events
• Online career development tools

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in a professional and respectful manner
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for cancellations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of CareerHaki and other users
• Not share confidential information about other participants
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled sessions receive full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before may receive 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours are subject to full cancellation fees
• No-shows will not receive refunds
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service
• Program packages may have different refund terms as specified at purchase

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching discussions. However, we may be required to disclose information if legally compelled or if there are safety concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by CareerHaki are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CareerHaki provides career guidance and coaching services. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary increases. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. CareerHaki reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.
